At Alchemist Designs Ireland I will endeavor to dispatch your personalised piece(s) within 12 weeks to the address you provide on this form.
All you have to do is tell me what it is you have just purchased and fill in the form and leave the rest to me.
When your piece is ready, you will be informed by email and or text to advise your purchase has been dispatched with a tracking number and I will return any personal items I didn't need. Flowers will not be returned,
