When payment is received, your eVoucher is sent to you via email and you simply print it out. It's that quick and simple. 

The following payment options are accepted... Postal Order, Bank Transfer, Card Transaction (you click the link sent to you and pay via your phone)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• eVouchers are numbered with their own unique Gift Voucher Holder Number and have an expiry date of 5 years from the date of the email as per the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019.
• The eVoucher can be used to purchase a premade piece, book a slot (please see booking requirements on the website) pay or partially pay for flower preservation or memorial keepsake service. Booking fees including payments using an eVoucher are non-refundable.
• At the time of purchase, please refer to the name and eVoucher number which is on this email.
• The eVoucher is not valid to pay against any promotion, discounted pieces or services running at the time of purchase. 
• Should a surplus remain, the eVoucher holder named at the time of purchase will receive a new eVoucher number via email with the remaining balance and the same T&C's will apply. 
• For your security, the name given at the time of purchase on an eVoucher cannot be changed. Should you the gifter the original purchaser or giftee, the person receiving the eVoucher wish to change the name of on eVoucher, please communicate the request via email at least 7 days in advance to make arrangements for an amended voucher to be issued via email quoting the original purchasers name and date of purchase. These details will be on the original email sent.
